We hope everybody has had a great start to the year, it’s been positive to hear from customers and prospects about their plans for this year. Whether you are yet to finalise your 2024 plan, or you would like to discover new ways to maximise your use of Agility, this article may provide some insight into the aftersales services we offer.  

If you have new starters joining your maintenance teams this new year, or if you would like to re-jog your memory of Agility, we have a range of training courses available for you to attend. Available at either our Wakefield office, online sessions (remote), or at your site, our training team can be flexible to suit your needs. We recently launched our e-Learning platform, which provides even more flexibility for you and your team. There is a range of engaging content to guide you through Agility, that is suitable for all levels of users. Whether your shift patterns sit outside of normal working hours, or you just need to refresh your mind on specific parts of Agility, these training videos can be accessed 24/7 to support you. We understand that maintenance teams are often stretched for time, and frequently get requests to support with ongoing administration of systems. We recently launched our Managed Service, which will assist with the maintenance of your Agility system, whilst allowing you to focus on day-to-day management of operations. By leveraging this service, users will have access to expertise knowledge, and our consultants will be able to provide advice on best practices. We understand that every customer is different, so a bespoke service will be provided based on your specific needs. As well as our managed service, our consultants are also available to support you with any projects you are planning for 2024. Whether you need support to plan upcoming projects, or you would like to understand more about improving your data and process management, our consultancy service is available to help you.

Our EMEA customer webinar series will continue to run monthly, and we’ll be covering a range of topics including Mobile Stores, Agility Support, and more.
