Dedicated resource to support with ongoing system administration and configuration.
Offering a managed service for Agility CMMS is something that some customers have requested, and we are delighted to now offer. For those with a lack of I.T. resource or indeed spare resource, it means that you can focus on day-to-day management of your operations, without having to think about the ongoing internal administration of Agility.
Agility has been designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, but like all software, it does require some ongoing administration and configuration, that some customers wish for the team at SSG Insight to manage. This service will enable customers to maximise their use of Agility knowing they have a dedicated SSG Insight resource to support ongoing system admin and management.
By leveraging the SSG Insight team expertise, users have access to specialised knowledge and skills not only for the software but also for best practise within maintenance management and across the industry. This cost-effective option helps to free up internal resources to focus on other things and ensures that you have an expert on hand, helping to increase efficiencies.
We understand that every customer is different and therefore a bespoke Managed Service will be agreed with each customer. The time required will be determined by your individual business requirements, challenges, and circumstances. A dedicated consultant will be allocated so that as far as possible, you deal with the same consultant every time, helping them to build a further understanding of your organisation and ensure consistency for you. The required time monthly will be agreed, and this time will be drawn down each month also as agreed.
