Following the success of our EMEA Customer Webinar series this year, we are delighted to be continuing to host complimentary webinar sessions into next year. The webinars are designed to be short, informative sessions on various aspects of the software, providing further insight into how to make better use of the system. There will be one session per month, as we aim to keep them under 30 minutes.
Hosted by one of our Agility Gurus, and Product Matter Expert, Brian Armstrong, alongside Senior Account Manager, Neil Abbott, who also brings with him a wealth of experience. The pair, along with a few other familiar SSG faces, look forward to sharing the following bitesize sessions with you over a coffee:
Integrations – Friday 26th January at 9:30am GMT
Come along to hear more about the why’s, how’s and what’s of integrations – Brian will be providing insight into how to scope integrations out, our capabilities when it comes to integrating, what is needed from 3rd parties, and our recommendations.
Scheduling – date TBC
Keep your eyes peeled for the latest release of Crowdsourcing, which features new functionality. We’ll be covering scheduling in Agility, and how the crowdsourcing functionality supports this.
Mobile Stores – Friday 23rd February at 9:30am GMT
Although Oli has provided a round-up from our User Day session on Mobile stores, we will be providing an update of the Mobile Stores functionality once it has gone live.
Agility Support – Friday 22nd March at 9:30am GMT
This session will move away from functionality in Agility, and provide insight into what support is available for EMEA customers. Discover more about software support, the support portal, the new client area on our website, and much more…
eLearning & Managed Service – Friday 26th April at 9:30am GMT
Join us as we show our new e-Learning platform available to all EMEA customers, which features a range of engaging video content to guide you through using Agility. We’ll also be discussing our new Managed Service function, and provide insight into real-life cases.
