We continually strive to provide a high quality solution for our customers.
We are delighted to begin the year by successfully passing the ISO 9001 recertification audit across our EMEA team for the third year. This is an internationally recognised standard that sets out the criteria for a Quality Management System, which helps us to continually monitor and manage quality across our teams, and demonstrates our products and services meet the needs of our clients. The system has provided an opportunity for us to define our objectives, identify any gaps and streamline current processes, and encourages us to continually work on improving these. The development and implementation of this quality management system will help us improve our overall performance, maintain a high-level quality and strong customer service, and provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives.
With over 39 years of business, delivering high quality solutions and services with our asset and maintenance management software has always been paramount. We have always strived, and always will, to achieve the highest quality when it comes to Agility and its’ associated services.
We also successfully passed our EMEA and ASPAC ISO 27001 recertification audits in August and September, which provides organisation-wide protection, increases resilience to cyber-attacks and protects the integrity and availability of data.
