New Appointment

Amber Hart to head up New Business (EMEA)

With a strong background in account management and supporting customers to make the most of their software, Amber joined the SSG Insight team in April 2014. Over the years’ Amber has developed strong and trusted partnerships across our customer base, her customer and product knowledge are second to none.

“I firmly believe in working with our existing and new customers to ensure that they achieve quantifiable business outcomes with our asset and maintenance solution, Agility.”

“I am delighted to have been promoted to Head of New Business and look forward to developing strategies to support our business growth. With more and more opportunities to work with new customers, it’s a really exciting time for the business. We have a well-established account management team in place to look after our existing customers and make sure they are getting the most from the software.

In addition, our offering is growing as we embrace cloud-based solutions and take advantage of new technology such as IoT. We really are living in an age of digital transformation and this is central to our ability to ensure that Agility continues to evolve to meet with existing and new customer requirements both now, and in the future.  The Agility solution has constantly and consistently developed and moved forward in the number of years’ since I joined the business, and the innovation we drive forward always with our customers in mind, is just one of the things that makes me passionate to work for SSG Insight.
