Current Vacancies:

Job Role: Product Trainer
Based: Wakefield, UK

Working with the training team and reporting directly to the Training & Support Manager your duties will include:

  • Delivering standard product training programmes to customers (remote/classroom)
  • Maintaining customer feedback to support the development of new training content and processes to establish a continuously improving training offering.
  • Maintaining appropriate customer training records
  • Collaboratively work with the training team to help design course materials and other documents such as hand-outs, manuals, and exercises for customer training
  • Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate
  • Supporting the Product Trainer with all training related orders and scheduling
  • Working with the wider Training and Product teams to remain informed
  • Assisting with ISO processes and associated tasks
