December 2017 is set to be a milestone month for SSG Insight, with a full rebrand of the organisation quickly followed by the release of Agility 9.

Agility 9 will deliver real-time performance insight by allowing users to assemble their own interactive dashboard built up from a set of configurable widgets. Each widget is directly connected to key performance indicators within Agility, so there is a range of widgets including availability of resources, monitoring of maintenance costs, and tracking asset breakdowns. The widgets are selected from a menu and simply dragged and dropped onto the user’s dashboard, so users can select the most relevant widgets to their operation and role.

The interactive widget-based dashboard in Agility 9 starts a new era in delivering customer insight. Additional features to improve efficiency have also been made to Agility for Android for users with mobile devices. “We know that our mobile users see significant benefits. Year on year, customers using our mobile solutions have seen a 25% reduction in breakdown work orders* so we’ve facilitated even more efficient identification and completion of work,” concludes David.
